UC Retirement Plan Change

Change is coming to the University of Cincinnati 401(a) / Alternative Retirement Plan and 403(b) plans.  Voya Financial is proud to be part of that change!
The ARP is an alternative option to the state retirement system (OPERS/STRS).  For supplemental retirement plan savings, the university offers a 403(b) plan.
Changes to the ARP and the 403(b) include reducing the number of approved vendors in order to reduce plan and investment expenses as well as to streamline investment options so that enrollees can better create diversified investment portfolios and track fees.
